With a career spanning the fields of education and research, Alice Zhang serves as a Senior Faculty Specialist within the Department of Teaching and Learning, Policy, and Leadership at the University of Maryland. Renowned for her expertise in language assessment, Alice is a certified Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) tester for the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages.

Additionally, Alice contributes significantly to the advancement of educational standards as a College Board AP Reader, AP Workshop Consultant, AP Course Syllabus Reviewer, and an Education Consultant for The World Bank, where she played a pivotal role in shaping global educational initiatives.
