AP Seminar & AP Research Housing and Meal Plan Registration

NOTE: This form does not include the tuition fee for AP Capstone courses, tuition is paid directly to the College Board.

Housing and Meal Plans

Stay on campus in a private or shared dormitory room. Enjoy evening social hour (including drinks and appetizers), locally-sourced gourmet meals, and activities in the afternoons and evenings. Our dormitories are student housing, so they are basic (single bed, shared bathrooms, etc.—think summer camp!). Most dorms do not have air conditioning, but a few do. We provide sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. (Please note that lunch and snacks are included in your tuition.) 

Private Room, Meals, Activities — $600.00

Shared Room, Meals, Activities — $400.00

Commuter Meal/Activity Plan — $300.00

As a commuter, lunch is included each day.  If you purchase the commuter meal/activity plan, all your breakfasts, social hour, dinners, and activities will be included.

Airport Shuttle

We have tentatively scheduled two shuttle pick-ups (11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.) at Burlington International Airport and at the Manchester, NH Airport. The cost is $150 round trip. Please email us at apsi@stjacademy.org as soon as possible to confirm flight arrival and departure times (or if you have questions about this service). The Burlington airport is a 1.5 hour drive from St. Johnsbury, and the Manchester Airport is about 2.5 hours from St. Johnsbury. For those flying into Boston Logan International Airport, we also offer shuttles from the Dartmouth Coach Station in Lebanon, NH. All shuttles will take you directly to registration.
